The Tackling Hate Crime and Hate Speech (THACAS) project was running from November 2016 until December 2018 with funding from the Justice Programme of the European Commission with the participation of organizations from five European countries (Slovakia, Lithuania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Malta).
The main objective was to improve the support for victims of hate crime and hate speech through mutual learning and exchange of knowledge on adequate reporting mechanisms and provisions of complex assistance in European Union member states.
