Subjective Values Foundation is looking for a tender writer trainee who will help us achieve and promote our main values and goals!

We founded Subjective Values Foundation in 2002. Our main goal is to provide opportunities for young people to realize their creative ideas, and to implement projects emphasizing cultural diversity with them. We also aim to support the education of young people from underprivileged backgrounds, to promote their social inclusion, to address conflicts arising from social inequalities, to create a sustainable society, and to promote the European ideals in Hungary.

Position to be filled: Tender writer trainee

Working hours: at least 20 hours a week, can be done with a flexible schedule, partly at home office

Job description:

Trainee:

  • requesting and checking quotations and necessary data in accordance with the tender requirements
  • compiling text presentations
  • recording applications in a filling system
  • monitoring the assessment process
  • addressing emerging gaps
  • writing applications
  • liaising with customers and intermediaries

Key expectations:

  • precise, precise work
  • confident user level knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • load capacity
  • report/essay writing skills
  • English knowledge
  • empathy, good communication and organizational skills, conflict management and networking skills
