Project MIraGE (Migrant Integration for Growth in Europe) aims to support the successful labour market integration of migrants who are third country nationals (TCNs). Partner organisations from Cyprus, Austria, Bulgaria, France, Sweden and Hungary explore and map the labour market integration of TCNs, and prepare a handbook for employers and TCNs, making use of the best practices of organisations and companies already employing TCNs successfully in the various countries.
Using the results of the research, we will train trainers, then, with their collaboration, we will organise trainings for employers and TCNs as well.
The European Union-funded project is running between December 2018 and November 2021.
